Max's elder son Damon joined the company in 1987 by which stage the company had more than 40 employees and operated from a 20,000 square foot warehouse in the White City area of Manchester. Max's younger son Nik joined the company in 1992 and they have seen the company win and complete some of the largest and most prestigious flooring installations in the country. The company is now in the new millennium with Damon and Nik in control and the next generation waiting in the wings.
